Once credit is ordered on a quote, the Named Insured's Name, Address, and Date of Birth are locked down and cannot be changed. If you need to modify these fields, you should click on the yellow key in the bottom right-hand corner of the rater. This will delete the score and unlock the fields for the Named Insured. You will then need to re-order credit to complete your quote.
